You need to be able to invest and to keep growing your business through continued effort. You should be confident in your abilities and recognize the value of your relationships with others. Prior experience managing a similar business is a plus but not essential — a franchisee's success depends on enthusiasm and positive thinking, and requires steady effort, persistence, and a readiness for ongoing commitment and hard work.

It depends on several factors, including site selection, training, fit-out and decor, and legal procedures. In all cases, once conditions are ready, it typically takes between 60–90 days.

Every franchisee is responsible for securing a location for their outlet, and all proposed locations must be submitted to the franchisor for approval. The franchisee bears the full cost of construction and fit-out.

Crafter's management provides approved engineering layouts and the specifications required for a franchise outlet. The franchisee bears the cost of adapting these layouts to the actual dimensions of the outlet's location. Regardless, the way the Crafter brand is displayed on the storefront must fully match the franchisor's approved brand identity.

As a Crafter franchisee, you will be required to obtain supplies and raw materials through the franchisor.

Crafter's management invests significant time in developing its products, services and operating system, and does not compromise on product quality or oversight of operations. We therefore require the franchisee and their staff to complete the training program and receive on-the-job training in how products are prepared.

It depends on multiple factors such as sales volume, the amount invested, and the franchisee's ability to manage effectively — this will be discussed in more detail during the franchise interview.
